Relocation of Howdens Corporate head quarters office from existing offices at Portman Square, London to newly fitted out and furnished offices at Wigmore Street, London.


The move was completed in a single core phase.
The overall programme scope and key deliverables were as follows:
- Relcoation of all client staff from Portman Square
- Relcoation of furniture, IT and related assets to Harrow Green warehouse for a period of storage until completion of the fit out works at Wigmore Street
- Provision of all labour resources, materials, and vehicles to deliver an initial pilot move and then the core/main relocation.
- Provision of pack 2 cartons for filing, kitchen contents – Harrow Green to packed and unpacked cartons
- Relocation of approx. 100 x pre-packed archive boxes
- Relocation of CEO office furniture suite – all items were fully export wrapped
- Provision of pre move support to assist Howden staff with packing/unpacking etc
- Labels provided to the client with pre-printed, colour coded labels by team and department.
