INSIDER magazine featured OE Electrics’ relocation this month (July 2017), which was carried out by ourselves at Harrow Green.
Harrow Green masterminded a complex programme involving the consolidation of four buildings in Wakefield into one new facility comprising 2,524 sqm of office space and a 3,389 sqm industrial manufacturing area.
During the first stages of the Royal College of Surgeons’ (RCS) building redevelopment scheme, it was recognised that the IT department had to relocate within the building at short notice. The department’s old furniture was too large to fit within the smaller area available and so a quick and practical solution was required. Harrow Green, as part of the move project, used their environmental programme Refresh to take another client’s unwanted desks, chairs and pedestals to the RCS. This saved the charity money and saved the move from being delayed.
