Harrow Green has successfully delivered the recent relocation project for NHS Greater Glasgow & Clyde, moving Dalian House to Gartnavel Royal Hospital.
The project schedule was very tight in order to contain downtime to the very minimum, working extended shifts and deploying a high level of resource to load and deliver the equipment on time.
Seamless removal service to time and budget
Isobel Scott, Project Manager, thanks the team: “I would like to thank you for the excellent removal services Harrow Green carried out on the Gartnavel Royal Hospital site in order to relocate the Board Headquarters from Glasgow City Centre to an NHS location. This, of course, involved relocating staff from outlying areas as well as the 300 staff from Dalian House. Harrow Green’s Project Manager, David Gray, maintained first class communication with myself and the Leads on all issues arising from the extremely tight timescale. Not only were there time and budget issues, but the work was carried out on an operational hospital site, which brings with it its own complexities. You adapted to changes that we requested without complaint or issue. You delivered a move to such a standard that we have received numerous compliments on how smoothly it went. Thank you for all your assistance and determination in ensuring this move was carried out seamlessly, was completed on time, within budget and to the required specification.”
