Why have we rebranded and what does it mean to our customers?
You might have noticed that we’ve changed our look and made an adjustment to our name. This decision was made after considerable discussion with branding experts and advise by focus groups after consumer consultations, so that we could be certain that the main beneficiaries of this exercise would be our customers.
What is Achilles certification all about?
Achilles was founded in Norway in 1990 with the goal of helping organisations to identify, assess, qualify, and monitor suppliers throughout the supply chain with an aim of reducing operating costs. The primary concept of 'by the industry for the industry' meant that information collected could be shared with others with similar business interests in order to reinforce business ties and save time and money.
How do we rank with Customer Service Excellence?
Customer experience is one of the pillars of the way we do business at Harrow Green, and one of the ways we display this outwardly is by service and quality certifications that offer our customers the reassurance that standardised measures of quality assessment are applied to our work. One such assessment we aimed to renew recently, was our Customer Service Excellence ® (CSE) certification. As the only relocation professional to carry this badge we are very proud to receive it for the third consecutive year, after displaying our expertise in the field of customer service and commitment to making it easy for our customers to do business with us.
Harrow Green opens state of the art storage facility in Thurrock
At Harrow Green we’re currently in the process of moving to a brand new 46,000 square feet dedicated storage facility in West Thurrock.
