Integrated services
means combining two or more – sometimes
all – Harrow Green services on a single project.
The more
services you use, the greater the benefits you receive, with
project savings of up to 25%, sometimes more depending on
the amount and type of services you use and the size of your
project.
When your organisation embarks on a physical change programme, such as office relocation or the modernisation of your office furniture and interiors, often you will employ the services of several different service
providers. Each of those service providers will have different
ways of working, individual project managers, different administrative
and back-office procedures, different standards and a different
culture-fit to your organisation. You then have to manage those
multiple service providers, either yourself or by bringing in
a project manager to do it for you.
Why Integrated Services work...
We recognise that, increasingly,
organisations want to buy multiple services from a single supplier,
operating lean procurement where
a reduction in costs doesn’t mean a drop in standards.
That’s why we’ve put together a service portfolio
that can handle business change from start to finish – from
furniture, fit-out and IT to relocation, records management and
people moves. Use them together, and project efficiency goes
up, while costs are driven down.
Lower project costs, per capita
Lower project management
costs
Leaner resourcing and lower operational charges
No multiple
call-out charges.
No multiple minimum charges.
No project downtime while different
service providers play ‘catch
up’.
More capability to deliver large projects
in the shortest possible time (big bang) – the
most cost-effective way to undertake a large project.
Integrated Services: Business Change to the
Power of One…
We produce one project plan that covers every service
element. You can see both the total cost of the project, as well
as
the cost of each service. Plans are designed to connect activities
and services in the most efficient and cost-effective way.
The
plan focuses on the resource and activities required to achieve
your project goals, but it can also be broadened to include
pre-project analysis and feasibility studies for rationalisation
programmes.
Every
integrated project is managed by one project manager. Given the
expense of employing project
managers across a range
of services,
it is here that some of the most significant cost savings
can be made. Your project manager and his or her team will co-ordinate,
oversee and be responsible for each of the services we provide
as well as establishing working partnerships with other service
providers involved in the project.
Harrow
Green’s award-winning
training centre and its various quality accreditations means
that you get consistent quality
standards across the service spectrum. On larger projects,
we will design and implement one Service Level Agreement on
performance standards, containing Key Performance Indicators
that cover
every
service activity and meet the precise needs of your project.
On
integrated projects you get one project team, often multi-skilled,
delivering each of the various project activities.
The team
comprises close-working colleagues, used to working together,
sharing common
ownership, and incentivised to share jointly in the success
of the project. And because every team member will have been
trained
at our award-winning training centre, the highest quality
of service in our industry comes as standard across every activity
we undertake.
The information process is, like
everything else, fully integrated. From planning meetings to post-move
support, the same team
gathers, assesses and reports on progress, decisions, issues
and performance.
Management information – critical to assessing success – is
delivered in one document by one person, covering every activity
carried out by every service. Your ability to view the project
as a whole from a single report allows for clear thinking and
well-informed decision making.
A
project without good financial management is not a good project.
Co-ordinating the costs of multiple suppliers
and reconciling
an in-tray full of invoices can leave a bitter aftertaste
once the project is complete. Harrow Green’s integrated
services leaves you with one invoice, detailing every element
of the
service. And you can have input into how the invoice is
structured and
how the budgets are allocated, with allocation by service,
project activity or cost centre, giving you complete financial
and administrative
flexibility.
