“New ways of working smarter influence our skillset on an almost weekly basis. That suits us. It’s why technology people get up in the morning; to see what’s new, and add it to their armoury.”
Alison Reddy, Consultant, Technology Services

IT Managers

IT covers many disciplines. For example, server rooms or cabling environments require a different approach, and skillset, to the desktop environment. We cover this by having specialist managers who focus on specific areas of the IT spectrum, including:

  • Global Project Management
  • Networks
  • Infrastructure
  • Telecoms
  • Applications
  • Comms Room
  • Server Room
  • The Desktop Environment

Asset Managers

Asset management means caring for your entire IT complement at the time of change, providing high-quality information on every single piece of equipment, from complex server rack configurations or the hardware that drives a frenetic trading floor, to many hundreds of desktop systems. Our asset managers harvest and manage information. They, and the systems they use, provide the portal through which accurate, informed decisions can be made, during change and beyond.

Project Engineers

The vanguard of IT change management. Our project engineers are the senior technicians who have personal responsibility for project activity, hitting project targets and directing the teams that make it happen. They have a minimum of ten years’ experience, and their technical proficiency co-exists with first-rate communication skills. The first to arrive and the last to leave on any project.

Server Engineers

At their happiest – and most impressive – in the server room environment. Experienced in making sense of even the most overwhelming ‘engine rooms of IT’ and adept at quickly and efficiently deconstructing and rebuilding mounted server equipment with little or no downtime. Specialist server engineers are additionally trained and accredited to provide support for complex server technology. HP UNIX, Sun, SAN and ‘a lot rests on what you’re about to do’ are familiar phrases in their daily vocabulary.

IT Engineers

Our IT engineers are the type of people you always wish were around when your IT is not playing the game. Ironically though, when they are around, and they’ve had a hand in moving your equipment or setting it up, your IT suddenly seems to become obediently efficient. The consummate service deliverers, skilled and accredited in a whole host of hardware and software disciplines, and, unlike the common image of the IT engineer, approachable and helpful.
