Quality Marks

ISO 9000: Harrow Green is BS EN ISO 9001:2000 accredited. While our own high standards have always been reflected in the service, manpower and resources we supply, official accreditation recognises our long-standing commitment to quality.

FIDI-FAIMISO: FAIM is an independent quality assurance programme set up by FIDI (see below) which is not only dedicated to international moving but exceeds the requirements of any other quality standard. There are two levels of FAIM accreditation: FAIM and FAIMISO. Harrow Green holds the higher FAIMISO quality standard. This requires a higher pass mark, existing ISO9002 accreditation and a detailed quality manual. When being accredited, greater emphasis is also placed on quality management & environment, resources, service and business competence.
