ISO 9000: Harrow Green is BS EN ISO 9001:2000
accredited. While our own high standards have always been
reflected
in the service, manpower and resources we supply, official
accreditation recognises our long-standing commitment to quality.
FIDI-FAIMISO: FAIM is an independent
quality assurance programme set up by FIDI (see below) which
is not only dedicated to international moving but exceeds
the requirements of any other quality standard. There are
two levels of FAIM accreditation: FAIM and FAIMISO. Harrow
Green holds the higher FAIMISO quality standard. This requires
a higher pass mark, existing ISO9002 accreditation and a
detailed quality manual. When being accredited, greater emphasis
is also placed on quality management & environment, resources,
service and business competence.
PFM Partnership Awards: Harrow Green
is the only company in its service sector to have won five
partnership awards: in 1997, 1999, 2000 and 2003 for its
work, respectively, with NOP, The British Library, the BBC
and Telereal and BT. In 2002 it won its first partnership
award in the training category, for the standards of excellence
achieved by the Harrow Green Training Centre.
This year, the company has again been shortlisted for two
more partnership awards, for its Green Package and its client partnership with Norwich Union and Procore.

demonstrates our commitment to providing our staff and our
clients with a safe occupational environment.

nuclear), water, gas and telecom sectors. The aim of the
UVDB service is simple: to provide a single focus point for
the collection and sharing of supplier pre-qualification

while increasing opportunities to both suppliers and utilities.
