Common storage protocols and service options are in place at all locations, enabling us to deliver a co-ordinated national storage programme for customers with multiple offices. A secure centrally-located national database provides maximum data security for client inventories.

Fully Equipped

Each Harrow Green warehouse facility is equipped to offer a fully professional, secure storage environment for your effects, files and data. All facilities are equipped to deliver each of the group’s storage offerings to customers ranging from private individuals to the UK and Ireland’s biggest organisations.

Minimum standards employed on every site include:

• 24-hour security with CCTV.
• A central, off-site database.
• Robust database security protocols and backup procedures.
• Trained and qualified full-time personnel.
• Computerised inventory management system.
• Dedicated, liveried vehicles.

Security and Confidentiality

Authorised personnel strictly control access to stored items. Remote access to online data (e.g. checking inventories via the internet) is controlled by user names and passwords and resides within a secure intranet site.

The following data protection methods are employed throughout Harrow Green’s warehouse network:

• A central database server linked to all local terminals.
• Transaction logs backed up every hour.
• Overnight full system backup (including verification).
• Quarterly disaster recovery exercise at standby site.
• Switch to secondary lines of communication in the event of a primary-line fault.
