By increasing the knowledge, enthusiasm and commitment of our workforce we aim to develop stable long term business relationships and partnerships with clients and subcontractors that will ultimately increase our customer focus.

Comprehensive induction programmes, skills training, continuous improvement and personal development all form part of Harrow Green’s self-delivered training infrastructure. Training is undertaken by all staff at our PFM award-winning training facilities, based in Luton and London following an extensive Training the Trainer programme.

From foundation courses in Records Management skills to advanced project management and IT training, every member of staff involved in project activities undergoes a Harrow Green training programme specific to their role.

In addition to training our staff to fulfil our business functions to the highest possible level, Harrow Green is dedicated to investing in the personal development of staff too. This includes NVQ and further education courses.
