RM Field Operatives

Our RM field operatives are the face of our service at client locations and on the road. They are multi-skilled, multi-talented individuals who manage to balance diligence and attention to detail with excellent customer-facing skills. Day-to-day they are responsible for the accurate, efficient collection, transportation and delivery of material between client sites and our records centres. Armed with sophisticated mobile technology, they are able to undertake on-site inventory management and assist you with the correct preparation of your material for store.

Data Entry Specialists

Specialists in the correct input and management of inventory data. Our data entry specialists are responsible for processing inventory information with complete accuracy, whether working with our own familiar systems or implementing and retaining your own document identification system. Our ability to immediately track and find a single stored document among several hundred thousand is the fruit of their labour.

Customer Service Representatives (CSR)

Your first point of contact on a day-to-day basis and effectively your person on the inside. Our CSRs expertly support the account management role by providing customer care skills that are second to none. They are trained to receive and process dozens of orders per day, generate reports and manage a very tidy admin environment. The skill they bring naturally to the role is their overwhelming helpfulness and ability to keep you very happy, all the time.

Records Centre Supervisors

Our records centre supervisors are the lynchpins that link all of the other roles, and the conduits through which document traffic flows at every records centre, getting quickly and accurately where it needs to be. If there’s a problem at a records centre, records centre supervisors are the ones who resolve it speedily. And when a records centre is healthy, wealthy and performing brilliantly, invariably it’s down to them. That is why we pick them carefully, train them well, and heap praise on them.

Records Centre Operatives

If RM field operatives were air crew, then these would be ground crew. Records centre operatives work tirelessly to manage the incoming and outgoing consignments, handle daily auditing tasks at the records centres, and expertly pick documents from the legions of stored material that reside floor to ceiling in our records centres. They also provide vehicle loading logistics that help the RM field operatives deliver just the right material to precisely the right location in the shortest possible time.
