Removals Foremen

We are looking for experienced removals foremen to lead the teams who deliver our multi-award-winning commercial relocation service. Positions are currently available in most UK operations centres, excluding London and the South.

Harrow Green's removals foremen are at the vanguard of our reputation as the UK's leading relocation company. They have a respected reputation within the company, throughout the industry, and with our clients.

As part of our ongoing regional growth programme we regularly have vacancies in our operations centres in Leeds, Manchester, Nuneaton, Glasgow and shortly, Norwich. We are not currently recruiting in London and the South.

This position would suit someone who is currently employed within the industry and wishes to progress their career with a company that is considered to be the best in the business.

The Job :

On-site supervision of all operative teams working on commercial relocation projects. Responsible for the control and management of all relocation tasks determined by the project plan, including requests from Harrow Green project staff and clients. Ultimately you are responsible for completing your project activities to the complete satisfaction of the client.

You:

It is essential that you have previous experience of managing removals teams. While we offer a full training programme for all our operative staff, the demanding nature of our business and our position in the marketplace means that we can only consider candidates who have already served as a senior operative within the removals industry and can take immediate responsibility for operative teams working on live projects.

As an ambassador for the Harrow Green brand, you will expected to have pride in your personal appearance, have a good level of communication skills and be able to overcome operational issues with professionalism while showing courtesy to the client and those with whom you work.
