Marketing Office Assistant, Brighton

Harrow Green’s new marketing office, based in central Brighton, has a busy few years ahead of it. We’re repositioning the company in order to better sell our wider range of services, we’ve got a growing network of UK offices that need our support in the regions, we’re undertaking our first big leap into continental Europe, and as if that wasn’t enough, we’re rebranding too. Phew!

We’re looking for a lively, smart, marketing office assistant who can play a big part in all of these exciting adventures, but can also help run the marketing office on a day-to-day basis, supporting the director of marketing, his small team of external consultants and, in the summer, a new marketing executive.

It’s a small team, so the roles and responsibilities will be many and varied – part office manager, part marketer, part PA. Nothing will be too much trouble for you, but we’ll make sure that for every mundane task you find yourself doing, you’re also involved in the more glamorous aspects of working in this creative, vibrant department. You look after us, and we’ll look after you.

You’ll need to be educated to degree level with an above average standard of written English, have an eye for good design and be smart on all the usual office software. You’ll also need to be a natural organiser (we don’t mind being bossed about) and good at completing tasks quickly and efficiently. If you’ve got marketing experience too, then you’ll be off to a flying start.
