Multi-Site Moves

When your project involves multiple locations we have the expertise and resources to plan and manage complex, multi-site migrations and place full teams and dedicated project managers at every location. A single move plan encompasses phasing and execution across several sites, where timing and the relationship between each move is critical.

Churn

Not all moves involve leaving the building. Increasingly, businesses reorganise the space they already own, sometimes to better deliver a new service offering, sometimes to simply make better use of their existing workspace. Harrow Green provides many years of experience and expertise gained on major ‘estate’ projects for clients like the BBC and BT, delivering short- or long-term relocation programmes for internal change.

Project Management and Move Supervision

Every project is delivered by a dedicated project management team who will stay with your project, from initial consultation to post-move fine tuning. Our operative teams also have some of the most skilled and highly-trained supervisors at the helm, which means responsibility and capability at every level. Non-Standard Moves

In our twenty years of providing business removals solutions, we’ve faced, and risen to, the challenge of unconventional projects. From laboratory moves where certain hazardous chemicals shouldn’t even be in the same room together to 24/7 trading environments where business can’t, and won’t, stop for business change. The key to non-standard moves lies in non-standard experience, non-standard planning, and recognising that one size fits most, but not all.

High Security

Some projects need to go more unnoticed than others. Select teams of our staff possess the highest levels of security clearance in order to deliver secure project environments to banks, the MOD and government departments, as well as corporate clients whose business change programme is about to unexpectedly raise the bar for their competitors. Museums and National Collections.

Harrow Green is the UK’s most experienced museum and national collection mover, and its senior staff regularly speak at industry events on the future of collection preservation and relocation. Our award-winning move of The British Library into its St. Pancras site and our relocation of The Natural History Museum’s exhibits store were two of the largest collection moves in recent times. Our involvement in the John Rylands ‘Deepstore’ project in an underground salt mine heralded a milestone in both long-term preservation methodologies for national collections and challenging library relocations.

Hospitals

Healthcare facilities make some of the greatest demands on the partnerships responsible for implementing change. In fact, the shape of the partnership is the key driver that ensures the event-free roll-out of new healthcare facilities.
